TISOEU
TISOEU stands for Trento International School on Observation of the Earth and of the Universe. TISOEU is a garrison of lifelong learning on the Earth and Universe sciences, organized according to various levels of in-depth study, with initiatives aimed at the national and international scientific community, undergraduate and doctoral students, the productive realities of the territory and citizenship.
SpaDaST (Space Data Science and Technology) is a program that aims at giving Ph.D students in Physics and Engineering a shared background in space science and technology, with specific emphasis on data acquisition, processing and instruments, as well as o other filed of relevance for scientific space missions.
The SpaDaST program leverages on significant research activities carried out in Trento in several fields of space science and technology, mostly under the umbrella of the Trento Space Center. These activities contributed to gain expertise in a diverse set of space applications: science data analysis, development of instrumentation for cutting edge missions in multi-messenger astrophysics, planetology and Earth observation.
The National PhD program in Space Science and Technology aim to train young students in the field of science, engineering, technology and international relationship in the space sector.
The PhD program is funded by 27 Universities and Research Institutions, with a strong participation of industries. Training content can be shared thus ensuring quality and excellence in content and a wide variety of training profiles for PhD students.
